If you seek to effect transformation in your life, start with your inner world. The outer always reflects what’s going on within.  If you’re eternally waiting to take action on your dreams until something changes in your external environment, you’ll be waiting forever.

You already hold all the answers to your life within. You may not think so, but you do.  There is nothing anyone can tell you that you don’t already know yourself.  To access your inner wisdom, you need to stop running and become still.

You possess the power to manifest whatever you seek. An infinite field of possibility extends around and within you.  Like a magnet, you have the absolute capacity to attract your heart’s desires – materially and otherwise.  Open to receive that which is already yours.

You are here to expand as a result of your life’s lessons. You choose everyone and everything that shows up around you, no matter how confrontational that statement may feel. 

Your lessons are particular to your journey.  They’re not mistakes; they’re here to enrich you.

You ‘owe’ it to the world to unleash your potential. You came to Earth with a specific purpose in mind.  You arrived with every talent and quality that equips you to fulfill your reason-for-being.  It is unique to you.  The world needs your gifts; do not die with the music inside.
