Who Are They For?
Discussion Groups are for those who prefer to gain their insights through GROUP EXPLORATION and who enjoy sharing their learning “out loud” with others. While encompassing a varied mix of topics, all Discussion Groups have in common Carol-Ann’s firm commitment to make a difference in people’s lives by creating refuges that allow all members to “show up” in truth, trust and safety.
Founded on Robin Deen Carnes’ and Sally Craig’s spirituality groups, Sacred Circles offer women a haven where essential female values can be embraced. These groups are a potent medium for expressing our experience of common life patterns and individual journeys. Sacred Circles offer a sanctuary for sinking into a deeper level of self-acceptance and affirmation. Different from therapy or other support groups, the speaking, listening and ritual that characterize Sacred Circles encourage women to spread our wings.
JOY GROUPS (Online – Monthly):
Have you ever found yourself engaging in distracting activities when you really meant to concentrate on actions that bring you closer to a life dream? If so, then Joy Groups are for you! A regular support system, those who participate truly care to see you realize your full potential. Using Suzanne Falter-Barns’ how much joy can you stand, we together make obstacles seem less daunting along with celebrating triumphs – while eliminating typical excuses for not getting on with it. Are you up to the challenge?
Being creative is an essential part of being human. Hands-on sessions encourage personal growth and expression. Drawing in “black and white” and “colour” – along with exploring the four elements of earth, air, wind and fire – draws out discovery of additional dimensions to your personality. Each session includes an opportunity to share observations and debrief our learning. This series is suitable for both beginners and more experienced artists who want to explore new directions.
“We will discover the nature of our particular genius when we stop trying to conform to our own or to other peoples’ models, learn to be ourselves, and allow our natural channel to open.”
